Account Deletion Request

To delete your account, please send an email to our support team. We do not provide an in-app or web-based deletion function.

1. Compose an Email: Open your email client and create a new message.
2. Recipient: Address the email to cs.ichingai64@gmail.com.
3. Subject: Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
4. Content: In the body of the email, please include the username or any other relevant account information to help us identify your account.

Once we receive your request, our team will process it and confirm the deletion via email. Please be aware that this process may take a few business days.

Please note: Your data will be retained for 90 days after the account is deleted for security and recovery purposes.
